These verses will encourage you to not know that the Lord cares and hears but He can be trusted as well.

7 verses to remind you that God can be trusted
God never Lies
God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?” — Numbers 23:19 (NKJV)
When the Lord makes a promise, it’s as good as done. Unlike us, He doesn’t change His mind or go back on His word. His character is perfect nor does He doesn’t deal with half-truths or empty promises.
His peace Guides our Heart
“You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Trust in the Lord forever, For in Yah, the Lord, is everlasting strength.” — Isaiah 26:3–4 (NKJV)
Trusting the Lord doesn’t just affect your future, if anything it changes your present. He offers peace that goes beyond understanding, the kind that steadies your heart when anxiety and fear try to take over.
He works all things for our good
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” — Romans 8:28 (NKJV)
God is a master and still in the business of turning brokenness into beauty. Even in seasons that feel wasted, He is weaving good out of it. Nothing is random and nothing is wasted in His hands. That’s a truth we can rest on.
His faithfulness is unchanging
“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” — Hebrews 10:23 (NKJV)
Everything in life changes from people, to plans, seasons, circumstances. But God’s faithfulness? That’s solid. He doesn’t evolve, weaken or shift. The same God who kept His word yesterday will keep it today, tomorrow and forever.
He directs our paths
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” — Proverbs 3:5–6 (NKJV)
Life is full of twists and turns and surprises, but God isn’t confused about where you’re going. He sees the full map when all you can see are puzzle pieces. Trusting Him means you don’t have to figure it all out on your own but you can rely on him.
He never abandons his people
“And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.” — Psalm 9:10 (NKJV)
Even when people walk away or change, God stays. He doesn’t abandon the ones who call on Him. If you’ve ever felt overlooked or forgotten, this verse is a reminder: God sees you, and He will not let you go nor has he forgotten you.
His Love never runs out
“Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments.” — Deuteronomy 7:9 (NKJV)
God’s faithfulness is not a one-time deal,it stretches across generations. His love doesn’t expire, run dry or fade with time. You can trust Him because His commitment is steady and unbreakable.
Trusting God is not blind faith,it’s faith built on evidence and knowing His Word and His promises. His track record all testifies that He is trustworthy, When doubts creep in, remind yourself of these truths: He has never failed before and He won’t start with you now.
